The full Rovtools Toolkit is available in 5 sub kits, as well as the full pelicase version.
This flexible and highly versatile kit provides ROV operators with a modular set of tools that allows them to perform common tasks with greater ease and efficiency whilst reducing operational time.

Compact, but big on performance, the RTK1 has the tools to take on a wide range of jobs including cutting ropes up to 25mm diameter), taking cathodic protection readings, measuring marine growth and cleaning offshore structures.
Combining 316 stainless steel and tough corrosion resistant materials with sound engineering principles, the RTK1 tools are prepared for tasks in the harshest conditions whilst ensuring a solid performance.

With the included ROV mounted clamp and tool pole system, the modular tool heads can be changed and repositioned within a matter of minutes, requiring less downtime between different jobs.

RTK01 - Tools and Peli Case

RTK02 - Marine Growth Measurement Probe

For visual inspections of underwater structures, this tools provides high contrast and large numerals to allow easy measurement of marine growth up to 300mm deep, in all 3 axis.

RTK03 - Hooks

RTK03 comes with the setup kit and both a hook and crook.

Hook

 The forward facing barbed Hook design is ideal for collecting, pushing, pulling or working with finely detailed objects such as netting or ropes.  Specification - 250mm long, 75mm opening. 

Crook

 The Crook’s simple design, 75mm throat and rugged construction give the ROV operator a versatile lifting and positioning tool, while the ramped barb ensure that ropes and cables are captured easily and retained.  Specification - 340mm Long, 60mm Wide.

RTK04 - CP Probe Mount

Designed for the ‘Buckley’ industry standard cathode protection probe (optionally supplied with tool), CP readings can be taken quickly and efficiently using this tool.

RTK05 - Marine Growth Removal Tool

Using an innovative locking design for quick assembly, the Marine Growth Remover holds an 880mm braided stainless steel or nylon cable between two rods, and has been designed to clean up to 26 inch diameter pipe work.

RTK06 - Cutter

Efficiently cut through rope up to 25mm thick, with spring-loaded retractable safety guards ensuring the standard STANLEY® blades remain covered until required. Guards can be locked in place when not in use, and changing the blades requires only a pair of pliers.
